I am a bass-player working in my hometown, Kolkata. I have total musical experience of over 20 years, during which i have undergone music and performing art training from my Gurus, Music schools, Working with Senior Musicians, Books, Life experiences. I play in several projects and lineups with versatile, skilled, dedicated and professional musicians of my city.
I have performed in auditoriums, stadium, pubs, 7 star hotel banquets, open stages, beach festival, reggae cafe', radio stations, music fests, government gigs, and many more interesting venues. Shows happen with international and national artists all over India and abroad foreign countries. I am also working as a freelance session player, composer and arranger in the music industry- playing for bands, t.v shows, movies and independent recordings and passing on my little knowledge to freshers through teaching. I specialize in producing glowing to growling, roof shaking, bone cracking, spacey, funky bass lines with eargasm tones. I keep collaborating & playing live with acclaimed international musicians so as to keep my language of music suitable for the world music format and to incorporate ideas from around the world. I welcome all opportunities of work, education and spiritual healing, instrumental music (indian spiritual melodies, modern jazz, funk and pop, acid rock Fusion), rock bands, indian classical and folk Fusion music, semi-classical projects, jazz , electronic, & silence .

I got Grade A from CCMA.
