Scythia

I've been out of the loop for a while. I've been in bands and was on the circuit before. The band I was in split amicably after two albums, and now I'm finally after something new to try.

I'm interested in either:
a) A stoner/doom group. It can have other influences too, I don't believe in the 'paint-by-numbers' thing and would prefer an original sound in the theme of stoner/doom. Fav groups in this context would be, in no particular order:
Mammoth Volume, The Mighty Nimbus, Beastwars, Novembers Doom, Kyuss...etc and so-forth.

b) A Jakob-esque atmospheric sort of band. Someone told me it's called post-rock, or some shit. I dunno, i just like how it plays.
