Hey! Late 30s bass player, getting back into playing after a bit of a hiatus due to career and dadlife. I'd say I was intermediate level I spose, im no marcus miller or les claypool. Has sadly been some time since I jammed with others so keen to get back into it and be inspired.

Started playing in high school - was in a rock band and did the rockquest thing etc. Played intermittently during uni and getting back into it now - never really had a great theory grounding back then (why practice scales when you can play with your band right?!) so getting lessons to address that and enjoying growing with the instrument again.

Also have interests in sampling/beat making/synths and have a collection of weird noise making implements and pedals for experimentation!

Like a very wide variety of music, so not much is off the table. Enjoy messing with effects but equally love playing clean and groovy.

Have all the gears required to jam and gig, with a nice sounding setup.

I don't take myself too seriously, love a laugh and chill people. Would love to find musos to jam with/join a band or start one. Cheers!
