It’s all about the music, as any good muso knows
Playing as a cohesive team without any egos
I’m looking for a partner who can play rock bass
Mature and accomplished, willing to take a place
In a band that plays originals that really are quite good
Rockin’ a discerning audience just as we should
We have a singer with panache and talent, that can make our songs sound grand
Flambouyant bass and solid drums, with my guitar, makes up the band
I can sing, and I write good songs, I mentioned I play guitar
I have 20 complete with lyrics and another 25 great sounds so far
I need to let you know my music can be a bit strange
With odd chords and notes that hang together that are sometimes hard to arrange
But unlike other originals that lack that ‘Je ne sais quois’
Some of my songs are catchy and could take us all quite far
The bands’ name is ‘No Middle Ground' (NMG) and it’s imperative we have fun
Playing for free if necessary rockin’ everyone
I’m Northland based, in Cable Bay, what chance we could all be near?
But I don’t mind travelling to be with the team for practice sessions and beer
