Lead guitarist wanted for backing band

I want to put together a backing band to play the songs I write along with some covers here and there. I love Bruce Springsteen & The E Street Band and Tom Petty & The Heartbreakers and want some good people who know what they're doing that I could count on to do the songs well with me.
