Looking for my next great band

Kia ora
Wellington-based guitarist looking to join a gigging great band.
I love playing the rhythm styles of Jimi Hendrix and John Frusciante and can not get past a solo improvisation in the style of the great blues masters and the classic rock gods.
I have played in various cover and original bands and can't wait to get back into it.
