Lead guitarist wanted

We are currently a 3 piece (guitar/vocals, bass, drums).
We have some regular cover gigs lined up and are fine as a 3 piece but would benefit from a lead guitarist to support.
We practice once a week on a Sunday and aren’t too serious. We make sure that performances are on point but we still have jobs so it’s not a full time thing. In saying that, the gigs we take are paid, they just aren’t a full time income.
We also put a bit of time into creating and recording originals but that isn’t essential if you are just into covers.
The most important thing for us is the vibe. We would much rather someone with less experience but gets along well with the band members.
YOU DONT NEED TO KNOW EVERY SOLO
What I mean by that is we’re all learning. You may know songs that we don’t and vice versa. That’s fine, attitude is key.

We’re all around 22-25 years old so similar age would be ideal but not a deal breaker.
