Music Retreats in Whanganui

My name's James Paul. I am a professional musician in Whanganui with a Bachelor in Music with Honours from the NZSM. I primarily play guitar, but also play keys, bass, and drums too. I've been a professional musician for 13 years with experience playing all over the world.

I now run a service from my studio in Whanganui called Black Sand Music Retreats where I coach hobby musicians to play in groups together. The program runs over a weekend and attendees come away with a really polished sounding recording of the material worked on over the weekend, as well as the skills to establish and play in a group.

We have beginners right up to quite advanced musicians who just want to get out of their comfort zone and try something new.
