Guitarist required for Acoustic Cover Duo

Hi there,

Vocalist based in Central Auckland looking to meet up with a guitarist (25-40) who would be interested in doing acoustic rock/pop covers - aim would be to practice a 8-10 song set and do open mics and/or open for other bands when time allows in 2025. If you can do back up vocals, i.e. harmonise that would be epic too, but not essential :) I'm already in a band so this would be more of a side project for me - keen to focus on making it fun!

Ideally looking for someone pretty experienced so that we can pick up songs quickly and get playing asap.

Artists in mind include: Stone Temple Pilots, Alice in Chains, Incubus, Smashing Pumpkins, Soundgarden, QOTSA etc - but not adverse to creating our own spin on 80/90/2000's pop bangers.
