Chaos Incarnate are a creative and diverse progressive metal band that hail from the Hamilton metal scene. Their passion for melody mixed with their hunger for brutality creates a beautiful yet savage and unique overall sound which sets them apart other metalcore and deathcore bands. Chaos Incarnate is a band that pushes the boundaries of the metal genre and strive to show people how amazing progressive metal can be.

Chaos Incarnate was a project started by two friends late 2012 who wanted to write some tasty metalcore riffs and throw down with crowds. Their line-up soon expanded into a four piece, back to a three piece, and then mid 2014 exploded into a five piece. As a four piece they competed in the Biddy's Band Battle, placing fourth in the final round. Early 2014 Chaos Incarnate went from opening shows for bands, including the Metallica Tribute band Damage Inc, Osmose, Kulus, Cast A Cyclone, Dead Teach The Living, Seeking Substance, Down By N9ne and more.

Chaos Incarnate released their first single, Common Decency off their up coming The Defiance EP which is being written and recorded by the band mid 2014. The EP itself is set to be released late 2014. The EP will contain a mixture of Chaos Incarnates older music style and their new creative, more developed style which they hope will capture the attention of people from all musical backgrounds.

Chaos Incarnate have a sound unlike any other band in New Zealand and they aim to make a giant impact on the music scene, making a ton of friends along the way!
