Hi guys,
My pseudonym is Djaco, I’m 30 y/o and I’m a multi-instrumentalist drummer & urban music producer.
Been playing drums since the age of 12, exploring a wide variety of music and rhythms in general, to progress my musical knowledge and skills.
I’m experienced enough to know how a band estructure would work, as I’ve been band leader and main composer in the past.
Also I am an urban/hip-hop/rap beatmaker and producer, so I can offer my services of tracking, mixing and mastering as well, altho I’d like to go back and play drums in gigs to be able to dedicate myself 100% in music as my profession.
My range as a drummer goes beyond expectations, as I’m comfortable playing a variety of genres such as Reggae, Ska, Punk, Rock, Pop, Funk, Hip-Hop, Hardcore, Metalcore, etc.
I’m fully equipped with two electric drum kits (one portable for gigs) which I use with Addictive Drums Vst to give it that acoustic and organic sound when performing. I know an Acoustic Drum Kit is the one to go with, but I’ve been in a few gigs where drummers perform with electrics and it seems to get the job done nonetheless :)
For music production I work with Logic Pro X and use an MPK249 as midi controller to create beats / make arrangements for projects, as well as tracking vocals, guitars and bass guitars.
