Starting an AKL based Metalcore Band

Calling Guitarists, Bassists, Drummers and Vocalists

Looking to form a Metalcore band in Auckland, aiming to go in the direction of the genres roots such as bands like Converge, 7 Angels 7 Plagues, Misery Signals, early Poison The Well etc

Looking to jam weekly and write originals, would be down to do some covers to get started. Good communication skills around your availability, a bit of drive to get shit moving and respect for other people’s time will be super appreciated

I’m a drummer and or vocalist, would be open to doing either for this project - so HMU if you’re interested regardless of what you play (or scream) as so far, it’s just me. I’ve also just begun learning guitar and bass - not good yet lol - but can pitch in with writing on those fronts also.

If you’re a fan of the above bands or interested in the sound of this, gimme a msg here or text me on 0211245334 👌

(Once we get going I’ve got the gear to make decent at home demos in Ableton also)
