White Line Fever: For Live Country Music and Roots Rock, Book Us

Are you planning an event or festival? Are you looking for a live act that satisfies the punters with good songs and can get the floor moving?

White Line Fever are a country and roots-rock band that brings high energy songs, heartfelt ballads, and everything in between.

Available across the Wellington region, the Lower North Island and sometimes further afield, we can play pubs, clubs, music festivals and private events.
We cover a lot of ground instrumentally: electric and acoustic guitar, pedal steel, banjo, mandolin, dobro, piano, keyboard, bass, and drums, with fiddle on the way soon. The result is a full, rootsy American sound that's not always easy to find around the Lower North Island.

We're all seasoned live performers, so expect a tight, confident show from the first note.

We cover a broad sweep of music. Mostly classic and modern popular country, along with some surprises: roots-rock, country-rock, alt-country, and some Australian and New Zealand country. We'll also throw in the odd curveball — a pop/rock song that has been countrified to fit the set. Our repertoire spans the 1950s to the 2020s.

So far, we've been working on songs by artists like Willie Nelson, Johnny Cash, Emmylou Harris, George Jones, Merle Haggard, Chris Stapleton, Miranda Lambert, Keith Urban, Alabama, Brooks & Dunn, Dwight Yoakam, Roy Orbison, Chuck Berry, Creedence Clearwater Revival, The Allman Brothers Band, Clint Black, Eddie Rabbitt, Ella Langley, Gretchen Wilson, Jo Dee Messina, Mark Chesnutt, Bobby Bare, Delbert McClinton, Tom T. Hall, The Flying Burrito Brothers, The Mavericks, Jackson Browne, Bonnie Raitt, Robert Earl Keen, Shooter Jennings, Terry Allen, Santo & Johnny, Slim Dusty, Kaylee Bell, James Blundell, James Reyne, The Fargone Beauties — with many more to come.
