Bassist and Drummer Wanted for Covers Band

I'm looking for a bassist and drummer to jam with, with a view to starting a covers band to gig around Wellington if we all gel. I'm in my early 40s, and have a reasonably busy job and children and don't have dreams of turning professional (well, I do, but they are tempered with a healthy dose of realism), but I like playing music, and I like playing live. I'm a huge fan of Britpop and rock, including all the usual suspects, but I'm open to anything that's crowd-pleasing and fun to play and sing,

Rehearsals would be once a week for a couple of hours in central Wellington; the rehearsal venue has a backline (including amps, drums and a PA) and I'd like to get a set together and start gigging as soon as reasonably possible. You'll need your own gig-ready gear, and to be easygoing - this is after all supposed to be fun!
