Anacrusia

Prog Rock Drummer of Anacrusia here, (2023 Rockquest National Finalist)
My experienced guitarist and I have just left school, both 18. And we're desperate for young prodigies, ambitious and experienced musicians around our age range to start up a band, our main focus will most likely be in the genre of Progressive rock, with super eccentric styles and influences. My guitarist and I are particularly inspired by early Mars Volta, Opeth, Russian Circles, and south American genres such as Flamenco and Bossa Nova, And many many more. We want to try and combine the groove and feel of classic rock like Led Zeppelin, and funk such as RHCP. With the catchy chord progressions of modern pop, and meld it all together within the genre of prog rock. We're truly trying to break out of our comfort zone and push ourselves as musicians, composers, and songwriters.
We're looking for all instruments here, from guitarists to keyboardists to percussionists to vocalists. Anyone from any background that has a burning passion for music.

We're looking for young musicians around our age range (16-22 yrs) that are dedicated to music and have a willingness to experiment.
