Hi I’m Jacob, (J to most) love nearly all music and play most instruments (as long as you don’t have to blow in it)
Been in a few different bands over the years of varying genres and done the giging and pubing and clubing scenes
,
These days I do run a business and have a family so ideally after something a bit less pressure and low key, not looking to be the next rolling stone or get involved with guitar hero’s wanting to show off their new equipment or make desperate noise, but would love to meet like minded family oriented people and write, record, gig etc
I can commit reliably to practice once a week anywhere in Auckland or Waikato and would happily gig a couple of times a month
I love writing music and have a heap of material, so would love to meet people who want to write together.
Can record at home and also have friends with studios
Have plenty of contacts for gigs when ready,

Main instrument is guitar, play lead, play steel.
Happy on bass or drums also depending on the project . Just happy to be making music with good people
I sing fairly well but happier on back up vox

I would love to be part of a more experienced good energy band, full of entertainment for gigs but
Equally keen to meet acoustic and vocalists who want to write with me and work on some low key originals and recordings
I’m based south Auckland, travel for work, workshop in Huntly, so Auckland or Waikato wide suits me.
