My name is Rob, i am a professionally qualified Musician/Drummer from the UK, but i am now living in New Zealand in South Canterbury. I have been a playing drums for 20 years and have great experience in terms of playing at live events and also recording. I am well versed in a assortment of genres such as Rock, Funk, Swing, Reggae, Jazz, Soul, Pop, Metal, Bossa Nova, Mozambique, Songo and Samba.
My biggest influences in terms of drummer are Chad Smith (RHCP), Scott Phillips (Alter Bridge/Creed), Jose Pasillas (Incubus) and II (Sleep Token)
My biggest strength as a drummer is that i can learn songs quickly, and specifically when it comes to original material, i take extra care with writing parts that help songs shine
