Looking to form a metal band

Hello, I am a guitarist age 15, who is looking to form a metal band that plays original songs.
Looking for someone who is open to do: small shows, recording, can turn up to practice on time and practice the songs.
Drummer: can play tight but doesn't have to be outstanding.
Bassist: is open to playing in drop c.
Vocalist: can do metal vocals and/or clean vocals. Doesn't have to play another instrument but it would be cool if able to. And can also sing and perform confidently.
2nd guitarists are welcome too but has to be open to playing in drop c.
A little more about myself: I have been playing guitar for about 9 years, I am in a rock band called Triple01, but my favourite genre is metal, so I am looking to form a metal band. I can also play a little bit of drums, bass and piano, but have the most experience with guitar. I am a better rhythm guitarist, but can play lead if needed.
