White Line Fever are a country band that brings high energy songs, heartfelt ballads, and everything in between.
Available across the Wellington region, the Lower North Island and sometimes further afield, we can play pubs, clubs, music festivals and private events.
We cover a lot of ground instrumentally: electric and acoustic guitar, pedal steel, banjo, mandolin, dobro, piano, keyboard, bass, and drums, with fiddle on the way soon. The result is a full country sound that's not always easy to find around the Lower North Island.
We're all seasoned live performers, so expect a tight, confident show from the first note.
We cover a broad sweep of the genre. Mostly classic and modern popular country, along with some surprises: roots-rock, country-rock, alt-country, Americana, rockabilly, and some Australian and New Zealand country. Our repertoire spans the 1950s to the 2020s.
We cover songs by artists like Willie Nelson, Emmylou Harris, George Jones, Merle Haggard, Chris Stapleton, Miranda Lambert, Keith Urban, Alabama, Brooks & Dunn, Dwight Yoakam, Roy Orbison, Chuck Berry, Clint Black, Eddie Rabbitt, Ella Langley, Gretchen Wilson, Jo Dee Messina, Mark Chesnutt, Bobby Bare, Delbert McClinton, Tom T.
