Starting a band in Christchurch

Hi everyone! I'm a 23 year old girl from Christchurch looking to start or join a band. I play piano, guitar, bass, and drums (though I will not claim I can play any of them well currently lol). I've been playing piano and guitar both since I was around 10 years old, drums and bass more recently. I would really like to start a band, honestly if you play anything at all I'm keen. I write my own songs but I can't sing, so preferably someone who can sing would be good too.

I really like early Arcade Fire (aka first three albums), P!ATD (first album), Thursday (War All The Time), MCR (first album especially), Radiohead, The Strokes, Julian Casablancas's solo work (Phrazes) and I'm basically interested in every genre. I like the chaos and genre-crossing of early Arcade Fire so really I'd like to do something like that?
