Beginners Band Start Up

I'm a bedroom player based in Auckland and I'm looking to start a band to get into playing with other instruments. Mainly looking for younger beginner drummer and bass that want to try and experiment n mess about.
My main inspiration is Tool so going for a more slowed down rythem style rather then shreading n that. Already have a few og riffs that could be worked opon and know a few tool songs n alot of there riffs so we can pick one to learn before first meet up.
Open to similar styles like Stoner Metal etc but want to try and make our own thing yk.
