Looking to form a working Britpop era covers band

Hi everyone, I'm a keyboard & guitar player. Looking to form a Britpop covers band in Auckland to perform at a decent level. Have connected with a bass player and ideally, we are looking for:
Male Vocals - another instrument would be a big advantage - lead guitar would be perfect.
Female Vocals & BV - again, another instrument would be cool and lead guitar would be perfect.
Drummer
Lead Guitarist ideally with Vocals.
I'm of the age from the era (early 50's) but open to any age. Have full PA too.
Am looking for people who know the songs and can play at a good standard - not a jam band.
