Looking for passionate musicians around 20yrs

Hello all!
I'm an experienced vocalist of my whole life and a very experienced drummer of 10 years but I'd like to explore being a frontman in a project. (Working closely creatively together with the drummer)
I'm looking for a group of musicians within a loose age rage of 20yrs old, not too picky though if you're the right fit.
Specifically looking for extremely passionate and relatively experienced or skilled musicians. Open to all instruments from orchestral to jazz to rock instrumentation. Prioritizing the basics atm though: guitar, bass, drums, keyboard.
But very interested in brass instrument players too!
The wider your range of influences are, the better.
My list of big influences are as follows: The Mars Volta, Radiohead, Geese, Godspeed You! Black Emperor, Black Midi, Novos Bianos'. And many many more.
If you're into any of those bands we'll get along really well! And even if you've never heard of any of them, it doesn't matter.
What does matter is your passion, skill, creativity, and experience.
