Guitarist vocalist looking for a casual covers band

Hi all!
I'm a guitarist vocalist in my late 30's. I've been in a band recently but unfortunately due to time constraints on my part, pursuing original songs isn't really practical for me at the moment.
I miss making noise so I'd love to get back into it!
I'm open to any genres with energy - generally I play punk , including bands such as The Flatliners, Red City Radio, Four Year Strong, Millencolin, NOFX - but anything that allows me to crank my amp and jump around a bit is my cup of tea!
Ideally I'm looking for a group of people who want to spend a bit of time practicing at home, and then bring everyone together at a semi regular jam (once every 2 or 3 weeks maybe), with a goal of a handful of gigs a year.
I'd be open to an originals group as well, as long as I'm in the back seat when it comes to songwriting as I don't have enough time to properly commit to writing.
