Looking for new lead guitarist for originals band

Hi, our band The Pillocks are looking for a new lead guitar player - will be a mix of lead and rhythm, if you can sing too that's ideal to do some backing signing. We've been together for about 6 months and have done a few gigs up to now - alt pop/rock style of music (think early coldplay, u2, radiohead, bowie etc) so looking for someone with a good technical ability, passion for music and some ambition to make it far as a band. Ideally you'd have reliable transport to practice and solid gear, and are around our age range (17-23) but if you're a bit older that can work too.
