Looking to form a band with new players

Looking to form a band for mostly metal and rock in Auckland. Only looking for drums and bass as I want to try and pick up vocals. Mostly wanting people who are brand new to being in a band and wanting to start to gig but all good if you are at a different level
I have one song roughed out in send b and a few more bits in other tunings. For the first song to learn together will be Send The Pain Below by Chevelle.
