Kia ora, I’m William — a 29-year-old songwriter from Auckland, releasing music under the name BAD FOR EDUCATION.
I’m so excited to bring back BAD FOR EDUCATION to the live music scene! The goal is to rehearse, play a few gigs (4 or 5) and 'soft disband'— starting in Auckland and hopefully taking things nationwide.
BAD FOR EDUCATION has over an hour of strong, catchy original material — and we will play the hits too. The shows are always entertaining, honest, and full of energy. If you’re keen to be part of something fun and passionate, please, lets connect.
Right now, I’m forming a band to support the release of a brand new NZ On Air Pan-Asian funded single, sendping later this year. If you’re into original music, love to collaborate, and want to get on stage, I want to hear from you.

Guitarists, bassists, drummers, keys players, backing vocalists — anyone with heart and edge.
