Looking for a semi serious guitarist

Kia ora - we're a group of 3 middle aged guys in Wellington who've been playing together for a few years doing indie rock covers (think Queens of the Stone Age, Chillis, Muse, Strokes - literally just whatever takes anyone's fancy), but now we have carelessly lost our guitarist. We'd like to remedy that - and perhaps would even consider a couple of guitars just for a fuller sound. We practice most weeks for a couple of hours and are looking for someone who is relatively committed to playing each week but who also has the chops to help us perhaps take the next step as we've played a few gigs, always to good feedback and requests for more - and are keen to make that a more regular feature. We all have jobs and families so sometimes music takes a back seat but we do want someone who wants to play regularly. Our vibe is very much one of music being just amazing fun, a huge stress release and not something to ever get uptight about - but we're also keen on sounding sharp.
