So… How to describe myself. It’s easy to start off with “guitarist” but I think I can go a little further than that. Having earned my stripes on the UK venue circuit for most of my adult life so can lay claim to being not only an experienced player but also song writer, composer, technician, backing vocalist, pianist, precisionist, producer, manager, photo-shopper, website editor, blogger, negotiator and all round nice guy!! So guitarist – yes, I can play that instrument very well but there’s a little more to it these days.

I come from Glasgow originally and have relocated to Canterbury for work reasons. I’ve played all my life and alighted the stages of some of the UK's most renowned venues including London Scala, Birmingham O2, Liverpool Cavern, Glasgow King Tuts and Barrowlands … . These accolades come from supporting groups like Ocean Colour Scene, The View, The Twang, Ed Shearan, The Sunshine Underground and Kate Nash. This all sounds very flash but in truth I’m just a humble player looking to get involved with similar minded peoples to create some god damn music. I’m thinking I’d ideally like to pull together (or join) a four/five piece, with the intention of creating some tight, intelligent, bright commercial indie recordings for presenting to NZ and Australian labels with a few select live performances thrown in to keep things in check.
