I'm Male, 46yrs and have been learning the Accostic drums since March 2020. This is my first instrument. I've learnt pretty much everything from YouTube. (Rob beatdown Brown, drumeo, Stephen Taylor, Stephen Clark and a few others) I've been listening to a lot of 70s classic rock and funky soul music. I had my first studio lesson yesterday (Sat 26 June 2021) and the feedback was that I should find a guitarist and start jamming together. He also said I had great rhythm/ timing. And I need to play with other people.
