Originals & Covers Musician from Auckland
35+ Enby singer (they/them pron.) looking to do more with music. Studied performing arts at Uni, performed casually in a few bands and shows, then got too busy with life and have only been playing around with recording at home since.
Music-wise I like a little bit of everything, and have a pretty decent range that lets me sing across genders and genres fairly easily. Big Muse and NIN fan, love me some Calvin Harris, 90s grunge, some jazz standards, all the usual stuff from the 70s and 80s, and anything indie and interesting. Enjoy discovering new music, and a fan of Kiwi/Aussie music in general, old and new. The only genre I can't really get into is metal/hardcore thrash.
Right now, grooving out to Two Door Cinema Club, Joji, Ocean Alley, The Beths, Thundercat, Vulfpeck, Dope Lemon, and anything I can find on Spotify that's got a decent bassline (and harmonies).
