I'm 41 years old and have been playing guitar (self taught) for 20+ years. I was a lead vocalist and rhythm guitarist in a rock covers band until around 15 years ago. Since then I've just been a hobby guitarist who enjoys playing cover songs, either rocking out on the electric or singalong on acoustic. I consider myself an intermediate level guitarist, and above average vocalist (depending on the song, of course!).

I most enjoy rocking out to the likes of GnR, Offspring, Green Day, Foo Fighters, Jet, Nirvana, RHCP, Black Keys. Happy to learn newer stuff it's just not part of my current repertoire. Acoustic songs I've got a broader range.

I'm looking to join up with a group who are looking to jam together on some covers, with the potential to play the odd gig or two in the future.
