Hi there,

I am a 30 year old English guy who came to NZ last year to travel round in a camper van. I fell in love with Wellington and decided to stay. I've been here for about two months and I'm itching to get into the local music scene.

So I've played guitar for about 16 years now and done lots of different musical stuff, some of the main things are:

- Bachelors Degree in Music from the British Institute of Modern Music

- Played in a professional cover band The Flying Squad for two years playing weddings, parties and straight up gigs all over the UK.

-Worked as a guitar tutor for two years teaching beginner to advanced students and training them for grade exams. Have done a bit of casual teaching ever since.

-Worked for UK jungle/reggae record label Run Tingz composing and recording new singles with various artists.

I've dropped the ball recently and haven't done much music for about 2 years so I'm a bit rusty but I'm sure it will all come flooding back once I get the ball rolling again. I'm really open to any kind of music with any kind of people so please get in touch for whatever reason. I'm up for open mic nights, try outs for bands, dep work, composing, recording, tutoring or just having a few beers and a good old jam session.
