Piano / Keyboard Player Wanted

Hi, we're looking for a piano/keyboard player who is interested in playing in an existing band (which includes drums, bass guitar, guitars, and more).

I'm a guitar player and one of the vocalists in three established groups (i.e. a four piece and two five piece bands) that are occasionally gigging in the Wellington area and beyond, and we're looking at doing more frequent work in the coming year.

We cover songs from a variety of popular styles of music, including:
- Classic Rock
- Rockabilly
- Classic R&B ('40s - '70s)
- Classic Pop
- Blues
- Country (both classic country and newer country)
- Some Trad. Jazz/Pop Standards
- Folk / Folk-Rock / Singer-Songwriter songs

We're hoping to work with a piano/keyboard player who is interested in the kinds of piano and keyboard heard in popular music, rock, blues, classic R&B (40s-70s), country and rockabilly (maybe also some instrument emulation in some songs, like horn sounds and string sounds).

The music we cover ranges from very well known popular songs to some more niche roots/Americana music. Plenty of the songs in our repertoire are household names that are good for keeping punters happy.

If you have good (and reasonably eclectic) tastes, and have listened to plenty of music, please get in touch. All skill levels considered, as long as you're happy to work with other musicians to help get band sets up to a good standard for live performances.
