Older Bass Player based in Lower Hutt, Wellington. My style of playing is basic and locked in with the drummer. I am not fancy, but I know how to set a platform for the music to shine through. I have my own transport, good quality gear and am reliable. I run a Fender P Bass with Mesa Tube Head, or an Old School SS Rockit 300. I have good powerful cabs and a basic PA System as well. Looking to either hook up with an already established outfit if the style suits (along with my skill set), or start something based on solid simple songs. I'm not a song writer particularly, but have plenty of ideas. I can sing a little. My skills really lie in knowing how songs should be structured to make them easy for the audience to hook into. I'm open to suggestions. I have a small space at home to do low to moderate level jamming. Looking for like minded musicians, perhaps older generation/old school, to have fun, collaborate with writing songs and start something.
